Prime Healthcare is seeking a Compensation Analyst to analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations. The role supports pay structures, job descriptions, and policy documentation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with service line leaders, develop training materials, and help ensure competitive base pay in line with the company’s strategy. Full-time, days shift, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or closely related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, job description development and evaluation as well as market pricing and survey participation.
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail under multiple priorities.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to HR and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and conduct salary surveys.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company compensation policies.
• Partner with Service Line Leaders to develop and maintain job descriptions.
• Develop compensation documents and training materials for end users.
• Evaluate jobs and recommend pay changes based on analysis.
• Provide HR and hospital management with guidance on compensation policies.
