Job summary

Prime Healthcare seeks a Compensation Analyst to analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with compensation laws across the organization. The role partners with Service Line Leaders to develop and maintain job descriptions, compensation structures, and policies, while evaluating jobs and recommending pay changes based on data analysis.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of data analysis and compensation experience are required; strong Excel skills and knowledge of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or closely related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, job description development and evaluation as well as market pricing and survey participation.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities with attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge includes Word, Outlook, and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to HR and compensation.
• Strong customer service focus and problem resolution skills.
• PHR, SPHR or relevant HR certifications or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years preferred in data analysis, job description development and review.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, and ensure compliance with HR laws and compensation regulations.
• Provide oversight and support the administration of compensation programs, salary plans and market analysis.
• Partner with Service Line Leaders to develop and maintain job descriptions.
• Develop compensation documents and training materials and communicate to end users.
• Ensure base pay is competitive and aligned with compensation strategy.
