Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs, salary structures, job evaluations, and market analysis. The role analyzes data and provides insights to help maintain equitable pay practices.

The candidate will collect and maintain salary survey data, evaluate jobs, and assist with salary reviews and adjustments while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong Excel skills and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
2+ years of experience in compensation, salary structures, job evaluation, or related functions.
Experience with market analysis and salary surveys.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation and salary survey data.
Conduct job evaluations and develop and maintain accurate job descriptions.
Support salary reviews, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
Conduct market research and analyze industry compensation trends.
Prepare compensation reports, organizational charts, and management presentations.
Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other compensation systems.
Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
