Qualifications

• Education required: HS/GED.
• Education preferred: College degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR or compensation. Experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience working with metrics, statistics, or data analysis. Experience using compensation software or other HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports compensation programs and systems.
• Processes routine pay increases, bonus payments, market adjustments, merit increases and annual incentives.
• Maintains position and job description information and administers compensation-related systems.
• Responds to employee and manager inquiries with attention to data accuracy and service orientation.
