Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, compensation, HR operations, payroll, finance, data analysis, or related administrative role.
• HR Generalist background helpful - exposure to performance management and job description development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation changes, including salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and incentive payments.
• Prepare, audit, and maintain HRIS compensation and employee data.
• Develop compensation reports, workforce metrics, and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of job, salary, and employee information.
• Maintain job descriptions and related compensation documentation.
• Support annual compensation planning, including merit cycles and salary review preparation.
• Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to analyze, organize, and report compensation data.
• Prepare compensation-related presentations, communications, and supporting materials.
