Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This on-site role requires 1–3 years of experience in HR, compensation, or related fields, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Duties include administering compensation changes, maintaining HRIS data, and preparing compensation reports.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. Candidates must be punctual and able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, compensation, HR operations, payroll, finance, data analysis, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• HR Generalist background helpful—exposure to performance management and job description development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation changes, including salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and incentive payments.
• Prepare, audit, and maintain HRIS compensation and employee data.
• Develop compensation reports, workforce metrics, and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of job, salary, and employee information.
• Maintain job descriptions and related compensation documentation.
• Support annual compensation planning, including merit cycles and salary review preparation.
• Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to analyze, organize, and report compensation data.
• Prepare compensation-related presentations, communications, and supporting materials.
