Franklin Templeton is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to join our HR Compensation team. This entry-level role involves analyzing market data, maintaining compensation records, and preparing reports to support merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.

You’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders while developing expertise in pay structures and programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in compensation/HR analytics, with advanced Excel skills and experience in HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation survey data and assist with market pricing and benchmarking.
• Maintain and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support compensation decisions, pay equity reviews, and program effectiveness.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles through data preparation, validation, and reporting.
• Assist with administration of salary structures, job architecture, and other compensation programs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation support and respond to inquiries.
