Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or a related field (internship/hybrid experience welcomed).
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

  • Analyze compensation survey data and assist with market pricing and benchmarking.
  • Maintain and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
