Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking Youth Support Specialists to assist youth in Manchester, Nashua and Concord.

You will build nurturing relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood, serving as a role model and providing educational support, career guidance, life skills coaching, and wellness promotion within the Youth Transitional Services program. Youth with disabilities and at-risk youth gain skills and confidence through personalized, impactful support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth.
• Offer educational support, career guidance, and life skills coaching.
• Promote overall wellness and help youth engage with their communities.

Easterseals NH is seeking passionate Youth Support Specialists to join our team and support youth in reaching their full potential! Opportunities will be available in Manchester, Nashua and Concord. In this role, you will build supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. As a key member of our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one support to adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth - helping equip them with the skills and confidence needed for lifelong success. You’ll serve as a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate and encouraging environment as youth work toward their goals. Whether you’re providing educational support, career guidance, life skills coaching, or promoting overall wellness, your work will help individuals grow, thrive, and successfully engage in their communities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of work history
• Ability to transport student in your personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$20-$23 hourly, based upon experience and education. Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3 months, 6 months, and 8 months of employment - up to a total of $1.50 - through our Career Ladder Program!

Hours

Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 30 hours per week and benefit eligible.
