Job Description: Easterseals NH is seeking a Behavior Specialist for our team. Strong candidates will help to develop comprehensive behavioral interventions and training plans using non-aversive approaches. Responsible for program oversight to include policy development and compliance with applicable state, federal, and licensing requirements.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, OR Twelve (12) years’ experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree, OR Combination of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field with two (2) years’ experience with the targeted population may be substituted for Master’s Degree and required working experience Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with people who have developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation: $58,656 Hours: Monday through Friday, full-time 40 hours
