In this role, you'll spend approximately 65% of your time delivering regional compensation analysis and program support and 35% driving AI-enabled and process transformation initiatives within Total Rewards. You'll report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards - Americas and partner closely with Compensation Partners, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional stakeholders.
