Formación

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong data entry and general computer skills.

• Serve as a friendly contact for volunteers, clients and community members.
• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Assist with coordinating volunteer placements based on client needs.
• Support volunteer recruitment, screening and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate volunteer and client records and track hours.
• Follow up on outstanding correspondence and resolve backlogs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate services.
• Provide administrative and front desk support as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
