Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Route Service Specialist to act as the primary, face-to-face representative for veterinary clinics and pet parents. You’ll manage a demanding route, handle pets with care, and ensure every pickup and delivery is accurate and on time.

You’ll build trusted relationships, operate with high accountability, and work independently in a physically active role. Training is provided, and compensation reflects competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Able to stay calm and professional in emotionally sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Handle pets with dignity and ensure accurate pickups and deliveries.
• Use company tech to scan pets, verify IDs and instructions.
• Complete documentation and handoffs to Operations.
• Serve as primary contact for clinics and address questions promptly.
• Identify service opportunities and relay leads to Business Development.
