Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Route Service Specialist to be the primary face of the company with veterinary clinics and pet parents.

You will manage a demanding route, handle pets with care, and work independently on non-desk tasks. This role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate service on every pickup and delivery, with training provided and growth opportunities within a mission-driven employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity and on time.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and with proper documentation.
• Use company tech to scan pets and verify names/IDs/instructions.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Support basic account-related administrative tasks.
• Identify service opportunities and refer leads to Business Development.
