Qualifications

• Minimum one year of veterinary receptionist experience.
• At least one year of experience working in a veterinary clinic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, respectful approach to clients, patients, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to clients.
• Scheduling appointments and responding to emails.
• Greeting clients and managing appointment check-in and checkout.
• Helping clients understand our services, policies, and care recommendations.
• Communicating with veterinary team members to support patient care and an efficient workflow.
