• Experience with medical records or billing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional client and patient experience through front-of-house and reception support.
• Welcome clients and patients, provide outstanding service, and create a positive first impression.
• Support patient flow by preparing exam rooms, collecting information, and assisting with admissions/discharges.
• Perform reception and administrative duties including scheduling, document processing, and medical records upkeep.
• Assist with billing and payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Coordinate medication pickups, admissions, and other client service needs.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby, exam rooms, and reception areas.
• Respond calmly in fast-paced or urgent situations.
• Cross-train across reception functions to support hospital operations.
