Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients, prepare exam rooms, and support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital.
• Obtain patient weights, collect appointment information, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with surgery admissions, document processing, medication pickups, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms, lobby areas, and common spaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to urgent and emergency situations.
• Support hospital operations through teamwork, cross-training, and training new team members as needed.
