Animal Clinic Northview /COVE Animal Health is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to join our North Ridgeville team. You will welcome clients, manage front-desk operations, schedule appointments, and support patient flow. You bring strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy veterinary practice.

Experience with billing, records, and coordinating care is a plus. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client and patient experience at front desk.
• Welcome clients, provide outstanding service and first impressions of the hospital.
• Support patient flow by preparing exam rooms and collecting information.
• Perform reception and administrative duties including scheduling and records.
• Assist with billing and payment processes; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate medication pickups and other client service needs.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby, exam rooms, and reception areas.
• Respond calmly in urgent or emergency situations.
• Cross-train across reception functions to support operations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and team members for seamless care.
