Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Veterinary Receptionist/CSR experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with basic office functions in a busy environment.
• Must be a team player with compassion for pets and their people.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls quickly and professionally using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greet clients.
• Receive and relay client correspondence and update financial records.
• Answer inquiries about basic animal care and routine procedures.
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products for pets.
• Admit patients and enter medical records accurately.
• Prepare client invoices for services performed.
• Handle messages via telephone, fax, and email promptly.
