Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls quickly and professionally using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greet clients.
• Receive and relay client correspondence and update financial records.
• Answer inquiries about basic animal care and routine procedures.
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products for pets.
• Admit patients and enter medical records accurately.
• Prepare client invoices for services performed.
• Handle messages via telephone, fax, and email promptly.

Client Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answerstelephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system
• Warmly greets clients
• Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
• Answers client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
• Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions
• Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately
• Prepares client invoices for services performed
• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
• Individual clinics to add info that's specific to their hiring needs
• Great pay and 401K with a company match of up to 4%- after 6 months of service
• Sick Time Accrual

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previousexperience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but notrequired
• Significant experiencewith basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
