Mission Pet Health in Lake Charles, LA, is seeking a Receptionist to join our veterinary network. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

You will maintain medical records, schedule appointments, handle finances, educate clients on preventive care, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure optimal pet care.
