Four Paws Animal Hospital in O’Fallon, IL is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and support the veterinary team in a busy hospital environment.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering compassionate customer service while coordinating front-desk workflow and maintaining accurate records. Prior animal-care exposure is preferred; weekend availability required to cover rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or front desk preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and busy front-desk flow.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Answer phones and manage multiple lines in a busy hospital environment
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial information
