You will greet clients, manage a high-volume front desk, handle appointments, phone inquiries, payments, and ensure accurate EMR data entry while coordinating with veterinarians and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software is preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and vaccination protocols.
• Strong communication and ability to handle high-volume client relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in patients, verify records, and confirm appointments using management software.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and handle scheduling, refills, and information requests.
• Process payments, post charges, and schedule follow-ups.
• Communicate care instructions compassionately, including end-of-life discussions as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR data entry and coordinate with the team for smooth patient flow.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming.
