You will be the friendly face at the front desk, greeting clients and pets, handling registrations, scheduling, and coordinating care with referring hospitals. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in veterinary medicine required.
• Experience in conflict management.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; team oriented and collaborative.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide empathetic service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets; assist with new client registration.
• Educate clients and answer non-medical inquiries.
• Manage calls, messages, emails; monitor faxes.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate diagnostics with referring hospitals.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records at front desk.
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and cash handling accuracy.
• Mentor team members when needed.
