National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for the front desk. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service and coordinating communication among doctors, staff, and clients in a busy companion animal practice.

The position is a closing shift (3pm–7pm) with no weekend work, requiring a friendly, patient, and organized individual who can manage check-ins, triage calls, and scheduling while maintaining accurate records in the practice

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service job-related experience.
• Basic math and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service.
• Answer and triage phone calls from clients.
• Schedule appointments and procedures; check-in and discharge clients.
• Maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Relay information between clients and doctors/management.
