Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system, scheduling, and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
• Manage appointments and patient flow to support smooth daily operations.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist clients in person.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
