Livewell Animal Hospital of Beaver Creek is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our on-site team. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and coordinate appointments while processing transactions with compassion for every pet.

Your role supports seamless care by maintaining accurate records, educating clients on preventive care, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient front desk that reflects our commitment to exceptional veterinary service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk in veterinary or medical setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset; ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treating each pet with care.
