Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) in San Diego to provide outstanding client service. You will answer phones, differentiate routine vs. emergency cases, greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage payments and records.

As the first point of contact, you will communicate hospital policies, coordinate care with veterinarians and staff, and maintain compassionate, professional interactions even in busy or emotional moments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
• Experience in reception/clerical work or customer service preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly and compassionately to clients.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls and routes messages for staff.
• Greets clients and assists with admissions, scheduling, and check-out.
• Schedules outpatient and other appointments using a scheduling program.
• Processes payments and maintains client and patient records.
• Communicates hospital policies and treatment information to clients.
