PetVet Care Centers' Cumberland Animal Clinic in Smyrna, Georgia, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to provide premier front-desk support and patient care coordination in a busy veterinary hospital.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, scheduling, data entry in practice management software, and basic pet care coordination while ensuring a welcoming, empathetic client experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
• Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records.
• Excellent customer service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance.
• Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a keyboard or workstation for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting animals up to 50 pounds.
