The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing appointment flow, and supporting the hospital’s daily operations.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong clerical and records organization.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns.
• Handles basic clinical errands and assists with medication pickups and information.
• Inputs data into practice management software, including billing and records.
• Supports retail needs and maintains accurate records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day procedures.
