Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, record vital signs, and begin medical records documentation.
• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia under supervision.
• Perform patient restraint, collect samples, dispense medications, and maintain records.
• Schedule appointments, educate clients, update inventory and records, and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare patients for procedures, monitor anesthesia, and discharge or transfer as needed.
• Provide in-hospital treatments and assist with staff training.
