Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills including professional and polished phone etiquette.
• Reliable and flexible to adjust schedule needs including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable handling and working around dogs of all sizes and cats.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in fast-paced or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
• Escort clients and their pets into exam rooms.
• Check clients in and out and process payments.
• Collect and update patient information.
• Handle client inquiries regarding services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and exam rooms.
• Assist with pet supply purchases.
