Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary experience; ER or high-volume experience preferred.

• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical support in urgent situations by assisting veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care.
• Ensure a seamless workflow during a crisis to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Provide a calming presence for clients, assisting with check-ins, payments and communications.
• Maintain high standards under pressure with accurate record-keeping and a clean, safe hospital environment.
