You will handle outbound calls, enter trip data, and provide accurate trip details while maintaining professionalism and empathy for individuals with disabilities.

Training is provided and full-time hours are available. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail, hospitality, call center, or similar backgrounds welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist customers with arranging and scheduling transportation services.
• Enter trip information accurately into the scheduling system.
• Determine scheduling approach based on customer pickup/arrival times.
• Provide clear information regarding transportation schedules and trip details.
• Maintain a positive and patient attitude when assisting customers.
