Job summary

OATS Transit in Hawk Point, Missouri is seeking drivers for full‑time/part‑time roles. You will operate minivans, Ford Transits or a wide‑body bus, assisting riders on and off the vehicle and ensuring safe, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 23.
• CDL license required with no more than 4 points.
• Must pass U.S. DOT physical and road test.
• Must pass drug screening and random testing.
• Bondable.
• Experience with a vehicle tablet is a plus.
• Must be proactive, flexible with schedules and routes.
• Neat, organized, able to work independently.
• Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders on and off the bus with respect and kindness.
• Safely secure wheelchairs and mobility devices per procedures.
• Maintain good condition and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Use in-vehicle tablet to receive trip data and confirm times.
• Complete paperwork and submit to regional office timely.
• Attend paid training sessions.
• Comply with all rules and regulations.
