Job summary

Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a compassionate Counselor to support patients through recovery by conducting counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, and building meaningful connections throughout their journey.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:30AM–1:30PM with rotating Saturday shift. Pay: $24–$32/hour + bonus; pay varies by credential/licensure. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in human services or related field; CADC, LCDP, LADC, LCADC preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• CADC, LCDP, LADC, LCADC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients through intake and orientation process.
• Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans and accurate patient records.
• Connect patients with community resources and help access support needed.
• Follow up on referrals and complete required documentation.
