Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a compassionate Counselor to provide individualized and group counseling for individuals in recovery. You will develop treatment plans, guide intake processes, and connect patients to community resources in a patient-centered care model.

The role emphasizes early schedule hours (5:00am–1:30pm, Mon–Fri) with no nights or Sundays, and offers comprehensive benefits and development opportunities as part of BHG’s growth pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• CRADC credential required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
• Welcome new and returning patients through intake and orientation.
• Connect patients with community resources and help them access support.
• Follow up on referrals and conduct necessary follow-ups.
