Responsibilities

• Explain program rules and facilitate adherence by residents.
• Coordinate meals, bed assignments, showers, laundry, and daily routines.
• Provide awake shift coverage and maintain a visible presence on grounds.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and operate within policy guidelines.
• Complete shift logs and basic clerical tasks (calls, emails, filing).
• Assist with participant property and shelter operations.
