Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Server to enhance dining experiences for residents in our Memory Care setting. You will deliver meals, set up the food line, plate meals with portion control, and ensure food safety standards are met.

This full-time role requires 1 year of food service experience (preferred 1 year in senior living) and a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one. Join a team that values compassion and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year food service experience (required).
• 1 year senior living/healthcare experience (preferred).
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.
• Must be able to provide schoolwork authorization if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to Memory Care building and set up food lines.
• Plate meals and maintain portion control.
• Monitor food temperatures and dish machine temps.
• Maintain kitchen stock and cleaning supplies.
• Manage food safety, labeling, dating, and storage.
• WASH dishes and keep area organized.
