Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our Round Rock community restaurant. Schedule is 10am–7pm with weekend availability; you will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and ensure guest service standards are met.

You will direct residents, present menus, suggest dishes, handle drink orders, and use the POS system while maintaining dining room operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.
• If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using our POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
