Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Server for its Round Rock community. This full-time role runs 10am–7pm with weekend availability required, delivering hospitable, restaurant-level service to residents and building relationships within the community.

You will guide residents to tables, explain menus, coordinate orders with the POS system, and uphold dining room standards from opening to closing. A positive attitude and care for residents are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card if not already held.
• Age considerations may apply (under 18 requires schoolwork authorization).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
