Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Full-Time Driver to provide safe transportation and support to PACE participants between residences, the center, and medical appointments.

You will navigate routes, assist with mobility, and follow IDT instructions, while maintaining safety gear and documentation. Must be 21+, have TX Class C license, 5+ years driving, bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 5+ years of continuous driving.
• Valid Texas Class C driver's license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• CPR certification required.
• Clean driving record per eligibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate assigned routes using company navigation tools and follow MDT/IDT instructions.
• Assist with mobility, boarding/exiting vehicles, and securing wheelchairs.
• Verify patient name, address, and attendance center before delivering medications.
