Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso seeks a Driver to provide safe transportation and assist participants between home, the PACE center, and medical appointments. You will use MDT instructions and navigate routes to ensure timely, reliable service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas Class C license, at least 21 with 5 years of driving, bilingual English/Spanish, CPR certification, and a preference for experience with the frail elderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 5+ years of continuous driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license (Class C).
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with the frail elderly preferred.
• Must have CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company-issued navigation tools and MDT instructions.
• Assist participants with mobility, including entering/exiting vehicles and operating wheelchair equipment.
• Verify participant identity and deliver medications, obtaining signatures as required.
• Assist with check-in at medical offices and maintain required documentation.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to the Transportation Supervisor and clinic staff.
