Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between homes, centers, and medical appointments. The role supports mobility, follows IDT instructions, and requires strong safety and communication skills.

Responsibilities include assisting participants with entering/exiting vehicles, coordinating with staff, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to communicate with participants and families.
• Strong communication and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company-issued tools and follow care instructions from the IDT.
• Assist with checking in participants and delivering medications when required.
• Maintain safety protocols and document incidents or observations as needed.
