Job summary
Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie, MN seeks caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care that brightens each day.
We welcome experienced or newly certified applicants. Shifts include mornings with weekend availability; onboarding and ongoing leadership support are provided to help you grow with our team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
- AM (6AM-2PM) Availability
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
