Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Roseville, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to provide person-centered care for seniors. You will work directly with residents to deliver personal care and support that brightens each day.

Experience or certification is valued; training is provided. Shifts include afternoons/evenings, with every-other-weekend availability required, in a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred in Assisted Living/Memory Care
• CNA Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
