Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Roseville, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our intimate assisted living and memory care communities. You will provide personalized care and support to residents, helping with daily activities and ensuring comfort and safety.

We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth. All shifts (PT & FT) require working every other weekend, with night shift (NOC 10PM-6AM) available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
