Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide resident services, including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and activities, to support residents' well-being. You will follow service plans, assist with medications as allowed, respond to emergencies, maintain cleanliness, and encourage participation in social activities; teamwork and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk लंबे periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal services to residents as assigned and per service plans.
• Assist with medications and treatments as allowed by regulation.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and follow procedures.
• Maintain infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Support social/recreational activities and encourage participation.
• Document changes in resident needs per established procedures.
• Report abuse or suspected abuse to supervisor and/or agencies.
• Work well as part of a team and uphold residents' dignity and privacy.
