Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate support and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will interact with residents at all care levels, assist in dining, and report changes in health to supervisors.

You will participate in trainings and act as essential staff during emergencies, while upholding HIPAA standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, respectful communication with residents and families, and adherence

Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices.
Experience collaborating with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene).
Serve and assist in dining rooms at meals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and visitors.
Document changes in health and wellbeing to supervisor.
Follow emergency procedures and be essential personnel during emergencies.
Provide training support and mentorship to new employees.
