Job summary

Pacific Living Centers, Inc. is seeking Universal Caregivers for our assisted living and residential care communities in Grants Pass, Oregon.

You will work closely with residents, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and communicating observations to the team to ensure timely actions. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Food Handler cards (which can be obtained during onboarding), and 1–3 months of experience with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months experience with seniors preferred but not required.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler cards required (can be obtained during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individual service plans.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records in accordance with company policy.
• Report changes in resident's physical or emotional condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with meals and daily activities per administrator's direction.
